Another 5:36 a.m. wake up

I seem to always wake up at 5:36(or earlier😔).  I’d love to sleep in. Fantasize about it really and then...boom!  I’m up. 
It’s good in the fact that I usually can get this blogpost up by 6 a.m. and I have a friend who wants it up no later than that. It’s her time. Her “Coffee, paper and Angela time”, she calls it.
It makes me feel loved!❤️
I just really want to sleep in sometime!  I’ve always been an early riser and my mind is always going. Probably ADHD. You know they didn’t readily diagnose it when I was a kid now everybody has it!
I’m trying to find ways to keep on sleepin’ in the morning. I could potentially sleep until 7:00 a.m. most days...if only!
So here’s my call for help, dear friends and readers. Leave me a comment or private message me your “sleeping-in” techniques. Please don’t suggest going to bed earlier as some days I can and some days I can’t!
Just like gamers need one more level...

Grief to Grateful

Rewind...back up in time...I’m sorry for not being empathetic enough when someone I care about had lost someone they loved either through death or divorce.  I didn’t truly or fully understand grief until my dad passed away two years ago this month.  Yes, I told you I was sorry and I was. I told you to hold on to the memories and you continued to do that, as do I. But seriously knowing the pain? Nope, nada, I didn’t know how deep was your pain. Now I do.  You see, losing someone you love; be it through death or divorce (as that, too, is the death of a love story)is truly the most painful life event. I equate the circumstance to having a limb unwillingly removed. It was there; now it’s gone.  I loved my dad. It’s that simple. I loved him for one million little and big reasons. If you knew him, you know. I miss him everyday.  I’m reminded of him everyday. I see him in small and big ways everyday. I still trust and listen to him and imagine what he would say/do.
