My favorite search is...easy but yummy recipes.
I found and tried one I’d like to share and hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Easy, healthy, seasonal and fun!
(Recipe modified to serve 1)
1/4 c pecans
3/4 c pumpkin purée (I used canned)
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn ginger
1/2 tspn nutmeg
Pinch sea salt
1/8 c chia seeds
Toast pecans and add all ingredients except the chia seeds to a food processor.
(I used my NutriBullet)
When blended pour in a container and add chia seeds. Refrigerate a minimum if 3 hours then enjoy!
